Try as you might to eat healthy and exercise regularly, you put your health at risk everyday by simply breathing, drinking water or eating an apple.
Even measures to eat organic foods or fish meat do little to help—in fact, given the mercury in the water, they can compound the problem. Add to the mix the gas you pump into your car, the chemicals you use to clean your home and even the personal care products you depend on each day (shampoo, hair gel, soap, deodorant, toothpaste, cosmetics, etc.) and you’ve got a recipe for disaster.
The problem quite simple is a condition called “body burden” which attacks your entire body—systems, bloodstream, organs, cells, skin, etc. We’re largely responsible for our own undoing—destroying our natural resources for a profit, polluting the air with exhaust from our gigantic SUVs, and injecting our fresh meats and vegetables with hormones to make them more attractive for purchase and consumption.
